Paul SANSEAU

Cableway Project Manager
 Hi Folks
After leaving the Cableway projet, I have established myself as
IS & supply
chain consultant. I have worked in Germany (AOF) and in France .
One important strength in job is the proper reuse of all the methodological
packages we have established together.
Based on my experience my wife has also founded a company with real
employees !

SAP BC Consultant
 Hi everybody !
Copy and Paste, it's what I have done between Cableway & Aquila, between
Nexans & Alcatel.

 Hi everybody !
I have been involved in the very first implementation of Cableway in Clairmont,
North- Carolina, aka ATC.
Retrospectively, it has been a lot of fun. I’ve
learnt a lot, both on an SAP side and on human side.
I have made some true
friends. Sine then, I also been involved on the Berk-Tek project (New-Holland
(PA), and two other locations that I cannot remember), but also involved
in Belgium
and Norway. It was a great time

What an excellent idea to set this homepage up. I am glad to see some pictures
from the cableway project.

Hi folks,
I have been involved in five phases of the CABLEWAY project:
- Belgium implementation as consultant project manager of ACB2000 project ( which became, on a larger scale: CABLEWAY, including France and USA-Claremont )
- Belgium implementation, as consultant project manager, of the Belgium requirements within CABLEWAY
- Rollout of ACN Nexans at Anderlecht, Belgium
- Rollout of OPTICABLE at Framerie, Belgium
- Feasibility study at Calais for their local rollout
Out of Nexans, but still in the family: two local implementations at ALCATEL-BELL Antwerpen.
One of my best experience in all sense: people contacts, work environment, fine integration with management, smooth implementation. Lots of dedication from all actors.
Today, still consulting in the SAP world.
